Refund Terms & Timelines

Under this policy, the following terms are applicable for all applications submitted through this portal:

• 100% Refund: We offer a 100% Refund policy with no hidden charges if the allotment is not confirmed in the draw of lots.
• Refund Timeline: All unsuccessful applications will be refunded the registration amount within 10-15 Working Days of the Allotment Date.
• Source of Refund: Refunds will be processed back to the same account which the user provided to us during the registration process.
